Where does Ocean and Earth EU ship to?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, as well as Norway and Switzerland. Delivery times vary depending on your specific location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and your unique tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy for surfboards and hardware?
You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for large items like surfboards, specific shipping conditions apply.
Are your wetsuits covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Ocean and Earth wetsuits come with a limited 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and local European payment options like Klarna and iDEAL.
How do I choose the right leash size for my board?
As a general rule, your leash should be approximately the same length as your surfboard. For example, a 6ft leash is recommended for a 6ft surfboard.
